0044 Highway
Migration Path
- ROADWAY -> Highway
- ROADWAY -> RouteInfo
- ROADWAY -> Feature
- BRIDGE -> Feature
- BRIDGE -> Railroad
- BRIDGE -> Waterway
Data Considerations
- Duplicates
- Null Data Replacement - See SQL
Other Notes
- The Highway migration migrates all of the feature-related data. Note that the feature mapping logic is found here.
- Most of the feature data is extrapolated from bridge data according to the FHWA mapping specification. Therefore, for example, one would see a migration path of BRIDGE -> Railroad, as there was no Railroad table in BrM version 6.7.1.
- As data is being extrapolated, several tables are generated in the TRANSFORMED database to create and assign IDs to the new data which can then be migrated to multiple tables using the same ID.
