Getting Installation Help
A variety of resources are in place to assist agencies with BrM installation both online and direct. These resources are provided by AASHTO through its support contractor.
User Support Resources
User support is provided to all licensed BrM agencies through a variety of means including email, phone, online meetings, and AASHTO's online issue tracking system (Jira service management). Links and information about these support outlets can be found below and at https://aashtowarebrm.org/. Please contact the AASHTO contractor with any questions or concerns you may have during your installation.
Support Center (https://support.mayvue.com/)
Assists users and support staff in managing support requests. Users can view past requests and staff responses and add new requests of their own.
Download
Any patches, updates, installs, add-ins, and documentation changes will be available on the contractor's secured file sharing site.
Web Page
The AASHTO BrM web page at https://aashtowarebrm.org/ provides access to all the BrM support information as well as general bridge management information, links to other AASHTOWare products, and promotional materials.
BrM Development and Support Contractor
The AASHTOWare BrM support contractor is Mayvue Solutions in Pittsburgh, PA. The contractor provides all direct support for the product. AASHTO does not offer any product support resources.
The BrM support contractor may be reached through the following:
- Email: support@mayvue.com
- Phone: (877) 462-9883
- Website: https://aashtowarebrm.org/
All support requests by an agency must be initiated by the agency designated contact. Phone calls or email messages sent directly to the support contractor from agency staff are not permitted by the licensing agreement and may result in support response delays.
