Obtaining a Copy of BrM

BrM is a licensed product and agency subscriptions must be renewed annually. Licensees are authorized to download the software by AASHTO exclusively. For each release of BrM, an email notice with download instructions is distributed by the product Task Force to the designated contact for each licensing agency.

BrM is delivered via a secure file sharing site managed by the contractor. Licensing agencies can only gain access to this web location by entering a username and password that will be emailed to the primary contact of the agency by the contractor. The installer files are located on a server maintained by the contractor. The files are contained in zipped folders to ensure clean downloads.

This sharing site provides a one-stop location for accessing and downloading all required files for installation of BrM, as well as providing a facility for agencies to upload any files for the contractor support staff to review such as databases, reports, SQL scripts, or screenshots.

All files needed to complete the post-installation tasks (for example: upgrade scripts, sample database scripts, developer tools, and documents) will be available for download from the contractor. The default install location home for BrM is C:\BrM7Websites.

What's Included?

The installation package which is available to licensing agencies on the contractor's file sharing site include the installation files and several support materials, including this installation guide, database migration guide, entity relationship diagram (ERD), data dictionary, and other helpful documentation.

Additional support software such as database migration scripts or run-time support software may also be downloaded from the same location. No hard copy install media are produced for BrM.
